Our production runs under the IATF 16949 quality system. We can provide material specs, heat-treatment details, salt-spray and fatigue test reports, and our defect-rate data. Every part is quality-checked before shipment.
What is your MOQ?
Our MOQ is 100pcs each item per item. We support mixed-model container loading and small trial orders, so you can start with a manageable quantity and scale up.
What is your lead time?
Lead time is 7 days for stock items and 35 days for customized orders after deposit. During peak season we recommend booking early to secure your delivery slot.
Warranty and after-sales — how do you handle claims?
Normally, we provide a twelve-month warranty period for the products we supply. For any quality issues arising from the product itself, after our verification and confirmation, the relevant losses shall be borne by our company.
